What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Set clear team performance goals and monitor progress, ensuring effective sales processes and improved conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to align on and implement outbound strategies for high-quality lead generation.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets for qualified opportunities and sourced pipeline.
- Craft personalised outreach strategies and effectively articulate hirify.global’s value proposition.
- Maintain organised records of all outreach efforts and collaborate closely with the sales team for seamless transitions.
Requirements
- Experience in business development or sales leadership.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop sales teams.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding individual performance targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s offerings and communicate their value effectively.
- English: B2 required.
