TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States and possess current work authorization. Some travel will be required.

Salary: $62,000 – $100,000/year, plus commissions.

What you will do

  • Qualify, progress, and close deals alongside hirify.global Partners to meet and exceed personal quotas.
  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities with focus accounts via cold calls, emails, and marketing leads.
  • Manage and track opportunities and sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel partners in finding, progressing, and closing deals.
  • Understand and communicate hirify.global’s features, benefits, and role in privileged access security.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading sales cycles and successfully carrying quota (USD +500k annually).
  • Experience in solution-based selling within the Technology/IT sector.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong sales methodology and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel outside of the office and/or country as required.
  • Must have US work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available.
