Location: Redmond, United States. Employees within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
Salary: USD $163,000 – $296,400 per year (U.S. general); USD $220,800 – $331,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do
- Define the multi-year product vision and strategy for Metrics Evaluation, Agentic Automation, and Testing Platforms.
- Establish the long-term roadmap for evaluation frameworks, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Define success criteria, OKRs, and KPIs across multiple product surfaces and organizational boundaries.
- Lead cross-team execution for complex, multi-dependency initiatives spanning Copilot, Bing, Edge, and MSN.
- Drive platform architecture decisions in partnership with engineering and research teams.
- Research, design, and operationalize new evaluation techniques and metrics for LLM and ML-based products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 3+ years people management experience.
- Deep technical fluency and cross-company influence.
- Ability to drive clarity across highly complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience working at the intersection of people, process, and product quality.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 15+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
- 5+ years people management experience.
- Past experience with Evaluation Metrics and Platform.
- Good understanding of LLM, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Data Mining.
