Location: London, United Kingdom. Employees who live within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

What you will do

  • Facilitate the selection, contracting, and onboarding of Sales House Partners, ensuring compliance.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal partners across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams.
  • Manage monthly business updates, evaluating Sales House and market performance data.
  • Guide Sales growth opportunities and contribute to semi-annual strategy reviews.
  • Drive consistency and excellence in the sales process, creating custom sales enablement materials.
  • Optimize operational processes and tools, developing reporting capabilities for revenue visibility and forecast attainment.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive business outcomes and inform decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, with experience in advertising sales.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and leadership capabilities for cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across geographically dispersed audiences.
