TL;DR

Digital Agency Development Lead (Adtech): Managing relationships with SMB-focused independent agencies to drive the adoption of hirify.global Advertising solutions with an accent on scalable growth and repeatable agency programs. Focus on agency enablement, revenue expansion, and ensuring SMB customer success through strategic partnerships.

Location: Must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S.

Salary: USD $107,600 – $205,600 per year (depending on location).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SMB-focused independent agencies, building and maintaining solid relationships to help them leverage hirify.global Advertising (MSA) for business growth.
  • Develop and execute agency growth strategies to maximize advertising success, including scaled coverage models for repeatable SMB outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities across agencies to drive product adoption, share of wallet, and new SMB customer acquisition, focusing on scalable SMB growth outcomes.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate agencies on hirify.global Advertising solutions, ensuring MSA remains top of mind.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to deliver a seamless agency experience, partnering with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND 5+ years of partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
  • Solid digital advertising experience and deep competitive knowledge of competitor offerings and ad tech solutions across the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with agency decision-makers and working across teams to achieve objectives.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND 9+ years of partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry.
  • 3+ years of experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
  • Marketing / Agency / Advertising experience.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
