Salary: $220,000–$240,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Build, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with hirify.global’s business objectives for Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Intune.
  • Engage Microsoft field sellers across Enterprise and SME&C industry segments.
  • Develop and nurture executive-level relationships with Microsoft sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership.
  • Leverage Microsoft partner incentives, co-sell programs, and marketplace opportunities.
  • Act as a strong evangelist for the hirify.global value proposition within Microsoft field teams and partner organizations.
  • Track, measure, and report the performance of all Microsoft-related sales and GTM initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in engaging, developing, and managing Microsoft across Enterprise, SME&C, Marketing, and Partner environments.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in sales roles, selling cloud computing, IT services, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, Microsoft Azure, and related virtualization technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills to establish productive partnerships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for managing sales pipelines.
