Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, California (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office)
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 USD (base salary) + annual variable bonus + company equity

What you will do
- Understand, build, and manage relationships with in-house advertisers and programmatic trading teams.
- Grow a book of business through prospecting and business development.
- Actively track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to create and pitch unique/customized media plans.
- Secure, conduct, and win client prospect meetings and manage them from initiation to closing deals.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6-8 years of adtech sales/consulting/brand/publisher experience with programmatic buyers.
- Experience within the online programmatic advertising space, ideally in Online Video & OTT.
- Strong experience with Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation.
- Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills, with problem-solving ability.
