What you will do

• Define and drive product roadmaps for monitoring service delivery tools and specialist workflows.
• Implement AI and intelligent automation to optimize the specialist experience and service scalability.
• Own KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of monitoring services.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering and design teams to balance cost, timeline, and customer benefit.
• Research and write detailed requirements for new capabilities and ensure successful adoption via operations enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience launching complex web applications and backend services.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA.
• Strong data-driven mindset with a bias for action.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to align cross-functional partners.
