What you will do
- Define and lead global field marketing strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Build and scale ABM events and personalized campaigns to drive enterprise pipeline.
- Lead strategy and execution for high-impact field events, executive programs, and customer activations.
- Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to support GTM priorities.
- Own performance measurement, attribution, and ROI across all field programs.
- Build and manage a high-performing global field marketing and ABM team.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, revenue marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven success building and scaling global field programs directly tied to pipeline and revenue.
- Hands-on experience running ABM programs for enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Experience partnering deeply with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams.
- Strong commercial and GTM orientation with a data-driven mindset for ROI measurement.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Ability to work hybrid in the office at least three days per week.
