TL;DR

Director, Field Marketing & ABM (AI): Defining and leading global field marketing strategy and ABM events for an AI Customer Service company with an accent on driving revenue, accelerating deals, and expanding key accounts. Focus on building and scaling high-impact experiences, partnering with sales, and measuring performance across all field programs globally.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California, requiring US work authorization. Employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: $226,800 - $295,625 (SF Bay Area base salary)

What you will do

  • Define and lead global field marketing strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Build and scale ABM events and personalized campaigns to drive enterprise pipeline.
  • Lead strategy and execution for high-impact field events, executive programs, and customer activations.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to support GTM priorities.
  • Own performance measurement, attribution, and ROI across all field programs.
  • Build and manage a high-performing global field marketing and ABM team.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, revenue marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven success building and scaling global field programs directly tied to pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience running ABM programs for enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Experience partnering deeply with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations.
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams.
  • Strong commercial and GTM orientation with a data-driven mindset for ROI measurement.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • Ability to work hybrid in the office at least three days per week.
