TL;DR

Senior Director, Demand Generation (Fintech): Responsible for the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of marketing programs and initiatives that generate qualified leads, pipeline, and bookings for hirify.global’s enterprise and mid-market segments. Focus on building and developing a high-performing team, leading strategic marketing plans, and making data-driven investment decisions based on key performance metrics.

Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in office in Boston, MA.

Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and own the overall demand creation strategy, including analyzing customer segments and market opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to continually assess and optimize campaign performance, forecasting and measuring KPIs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing demand generation, partner marketing, and marketing operations team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Content Marketing to ensure alignment and integration of efforts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products, prospects, partner network, client needs, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Own and manage the overall demand generation budget, ensuring adherence to targets and maximizing ROI.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B demand generation for the tech or SaaS industry.
  • 5+ years of experience building and executing go-to-market plans across direct and indirect channels.
  • Proven experience hiring, leading, and managing high-performing demand generation teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), ABM (6Sense), and emerging AI platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools focused on driving decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Background in digital payments and the Utilities and/or Insurance sectors.
