What you will do
- Lead regional field and partner marketing strategy to support pipeline and revenue goals.
- Own end-to-end execution of region-specific initiatives, managing budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with sales (AEs, CAMs, SDRs) and partner managers for aligned execution.
- Build quarterly pipeline generation plans, forecast impact, and adjust tactics.
- Customize corporate messaging and content for regional buyer personas.
- Report on performance using Salesforce, Marketo, and Sigma dashboards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field and channel marketing.
- Proven ability to independently plan, lead, and measure marketing programs.
- Deep experience collaborating with sales, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel 20–25% as needed.
