hirify.global is a security company seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Revenue Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth.

What you will do

  • Lead regional field and partner marketing strategy to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Own end-to-end execution of region-specific initiatives, managing budget and timeline.
  • Collaborate with sales (AEs, CAMs, SDRs) and partner managers for aligned execution.
  • Build quarterly pipeline generation plans, forecast impact, and adjust tactics.
  • Customize corporate messaging and content for regional buyer personas.
  • Report on performance using Salesforce, Marketo, and Sigma dashboards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field and channel marketing.
  • Proven ability to independently plan, lead, and measure marketing programs.
  • Deep experience collaborating with sales, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel 20–25% as needed.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity or SaaS industry experience.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience managing partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
