Salary: USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year (for U.S., with a range of $137,600 – $222,600 for San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area)

What you will do
- Lead customer listening strategies and market intelligence efforts to uncover growth opportunities and inform the product roadmap.
- Define and evolve differentiated product positioning and value propositions that resonate with customer needs and business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and business impact.
- Ensure internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Learning & Development) are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively communicate product offerings.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and inclusive thinking, proactively seeking feedback to reduce bias in AI-driven products.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or similar roles, leading cross-organizational teams.
- 3+ years of experience in applying different customer listening approaches to inform and influence product development.
- 3+ years of experience in product positioning and value proposition, with experience in leading differentiated value propositions.
- Experience in Advertising, Monetization & Publisher Ecosystems, with a committed understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. and work from the office at least four days per week.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience OR equivalent.
- Familiarity with alternative models such as subscriptions.
- Exposure to generative AI products and understanding of AI agents and their potential in marketing and advertising scenarios.
