What you will do
- Build performance marketing strategy across brokerage and crypto products in international markets, with accountability for acquisition volume and customer acquisition cost.
- Develop and implement measurement approaches to evaluate channel incrementality and identify points of diminishing returns across EU and UK programs.
- Partner with data science and external measurement vendors to design and execute match market tests and lift studies.
- Work closely with creative and legal teams to develop country-specific messaging and creative strategies.
- Collaborate with product marketing teams to design channel-specific user journeys and experiments that improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- 7+ years of performance or growth marketing experience in consumer financial services, fintech, or a similarly data-intensive industry.
- Experience launching and scaling paid acquisition programs in Europe and other markets outside the United States.
- Demonstrated experience designing and running structured experiments, including A/B tests and multi-touch attribution systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform budget allocation, prioritization, and executive-level recommendations.
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working directly with large datasets.
