What you will do

• Lead ASO strategy to increase visibility, discoverability, and conversion in the App Store and Google Play.
• Own conversion optimization across hirify.global.com, including landing pages, product pages, and signup flows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to implement testing frameworks and tools for both mobile and web.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure mobile and web conversion performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of growth or performance marketing experience with significant focus on mobile app growth and website conversion optimization.
• Deep expertise in ASO and website CRO, including A/B testing, metadata optimization, landing page optimization, and improving conversion rates across the funnel.
• Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to establish testing cultures.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to implement tracking and optimize user experiences.
• Experience marketing to non-technical audiences and optimizing for both B2C and B2B motions.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS products, developer tools, AI-powered testing tools, or high-growth tech companies is a plus.
