Account Executive, Commercial (SaaS Sales)

Account Executive, Commercial (SaaS Sales): Owns the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to convert small business prospects into active hirify.global clients. Focus on acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to promote hirify.global's Talk, Contact Center, and Sell solutions, aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.

Location: This is an in-office position based in Tempe, AZ.

What you will do

• Own the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.
• Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
• Have weekly 1:1s with your Manager consisting of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
• Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
