TL;DR

Client Account Executive (AI): Responsible for providing best-in-class account management across an existing portfolio of Dialpad customers with an accent on growing year-over-year revenue and demonstrating product suite value. Focus on developing and executing a sales strategy, meeting revenue goals, and cultivating customer relationships to drive positive outcomes for customers and Dialpad.

What you will do

  • Own the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of customers, collaborating with internal teams and partners.
  • Create and execute an account plan to achieve quarterly goals and revenue targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers to gain insights into their strategy and expansion plans.
  • Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
  • Serve as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor for customers.
  • Identify customers for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program, advocating for their needs within Dialpad.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in a dynamic environment.
  • UCaaS / CCaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets in New Business or Client Sales.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience providing timely and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to complex details.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and G Suite tools.
