TL;DR

SMB Account Executive: Driving new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts with an accent on expanding outbound motion and accelerating pipeline growth. Focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential prospects to contribute to ARR growth.

Location: Remote (work from many countries). Company has main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and Philippines.

What you will do

  • Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts using email, phone, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and ensure fast follow-up (≤24h SLA).
  • Conduct discovery conversations to confirm client fit, integration needs, industry pain points, budget, and timing.
  • Book Sales-Qualified Meetings (SALs) and pass them to Account Executives with detailed notes and context.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaigns, and messaging effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot and Outreach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant and transferable experience.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers.
  • Excellent business judgment and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
