What you will do
- Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts using email, phone, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and ensure fast follow-up (≤24h SLA).
- Conduct discovery conversations to confirm client fit, integration needs, industry pain points, budget, and timing.
- Book Sales-Qualified Meetings (SALs) and pass them to Account Executives with detailed notes and context.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaigns, and messaging effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot and Outreach.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant and transferable experience.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers.
- Excellent business judgment and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
