Sales Manager (AI)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; Utah-based employees work onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Mentor, coach, and elevate SMB Account Executives.
• Help team members close new business and align hirify.global solutions with prospect objectives.
• Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly team quotas.
• Build new territories and expand market coverage.
• Hire and scale the sales team.
• Lead with radical candor and handle difficult performance conversations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership ability and at least 1 year of experience managing Account Executives.
• Successful sales experience, preferably in software sales.
• Experience with quota and commission-based compensation structures.
• Strong prospect communication skills, including communication with CEOs and VPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of B2B software sales experience.
• Four-year degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven success entering new markets, closing new business, exceeding targets, prospecting, and managing sales cycles.
