Technical Account Manager (AI): Providing strategic consultations and operational solutions for Dialpad's largest and most complex users with an accent on optimizing technical operations, accelerating growth, and fostering long-term loyalty. Focus on leading complex integration conversations, facilitating critical issue resolution, and acting as a subject matter expert for AI-powered communication solutions.

Location: Kitchener, Canada. The preferred schedule will be based on US business hours but will be flexible depending on the business's needs.

Salary: $101,550 - $129,525 CAD

What you will do

  • Provide a gold-standard experience for key stakeholders of assigned accounts.
  • Foster long-term user relationships that grow loyalty to Dialpad products.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide and implement operational solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and Dialpad’s objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Dialpad solutions deployed at client sites.
  • Facilitate the resolution of critical issues and escalations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level client-facing work.
  • Strong product sense and ability to solve difficult user-related problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a highly consultative manner.
  • Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts.
  • Familiarity with SQL and comfort in building basic queries.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
