Location: Candidates must be based in the United States or Canada and may be expected to travel to meet in person during team collaboration weeks.

Salary: $160,000 – $190,000 OTE/year (USD) in US Zone 1; $145,000 – $170,000 OTE/year (USD) in US Zone 2; $135,000 – $165,000 OTE/year (CAD) in Canada Zone 1.

What you will do

• Own the full engagement lifecycle for enterprise AI productivity platform deployments.
• Lead pre-sale discovery, scoping, and definition of delivery approaches in partnership with sales.
• Develop and execute delivery plans, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality for projects.
• Act as a trusted customer advisor, guiding stakeholders through complex technical and organizational decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Onboarding, Solution Architects, Sales, Product, Success) to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Define and track deployment KPIs, reporting status and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to work across technical and business stakeholders (IT, Security, Operations, Business Owners).
• Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall) and when to apply each.
• Strong skills in project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, Wrike, Smartsheet) and collaboration tools (e.g., Coda, Confluence, Notion, Miro).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with global, distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Technical PM Experience or experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, LLM-based solutions.
• Background in Professional Services or consulting with enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/CSPO, SAFe.
