What you will do
- Identify opportunities for new services and explain their business value.
- Meet or exceed Professional Services and Training bookings and revenue targets.
- Consult with clients to understand scope, requirements, time, cost, and benefits, then develop statement of work documents.
- Partner with sales early in the process to understand customer needs and define success.
- Lead by example, prioritizing hirify.global and customer success.
- Resolve delivery challenges, address resource contentions, and manage expectations.
Requirements
- 7+ years running a Professional Services and Training Services line of business, with a focus on Financial Services clients.
- 7+ years in customer-facing roles requiring influencing, validating, negotiating, and execution skills.
- Data and AI domain experience working with Financial Services customers to realize business value through production implementations.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, including working with executives.
- Experience in identifying customer needs and implementing solutions.
- Service delivery and program management skills with the ability to summarize customer success outcomes into structured plans.
