What you will do

• Define, build, and scale hirify.global’s Technical Success function, establishing operating models, engagement frameworks, and leadership structures.
• Lead and grow the Forward Deployed Engineering organization for complex enterprise use cases, driving solutions from prototype to production.
• Develop Technical Engagement Managers to own end-to-end technical success for strategic customers, setting architectural direction and mitigating risks.
• Lead Technical Solution Architects, ensuring technical feasibility, architecture, integration strategies, and adherence to deployment standards.
• Establish disciplined technical engagement guardrails, approval gates, and role boundaries to maintain a high-leverage, outcome-oriented organization.
• Create a customer-to-product learning engine by capturing insights and translating them into reusable patterns and actionable product feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior, customer-facing technical leadership roles within enterprise software, AI, or data platforms.
• Proven ability to drive complex solutions into production at enterprise scale and demonstrated success building and scaling technical organizations.
• Deep technical and architectural expertise across enterprise systems, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and applied artificial intelligence.
• Strong experience partnering with Product Management, R&D, and Professional Services, defining boundaries between governance, enablement, and execution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
