Implementation Manager

Location: Remote (North America)

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 USD/CAD

What you will do

• Support the successful implementation, training, and launch of all merchants with hirify.global.
• Manage all merchant deliverables during implementation, focusing on thorough and timely follow up.
• Develop and lead C-suite presentations to set expectations and outline the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as an expert advisor and trusted advocate.
• Coordinate smooth account transitions with Customer Success Managers.
• Proactively find ways to enhance and improve the onboarding process and Customer Success function.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software/B2B onboarding/implementation/project management experience.
• Robust experience owning and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking to a crowd.
• Exceptional organizational skills and supreme attention-to-detail.
• A blended creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with GoogleSuite and Excel.

Nice to have

• Understanding of startup or fast-paced environments.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of SQL.
