Director, Professional Services (SaaS): Leading and maturing the professional services function, overseeing Solutions/Implementation Engineers to drive successful customer outcomes during onboarding, POCs, and consultative engagements. Location: Remote within Canada, specifically from Toronto, Ontario or Vancouver, British Columbia. Must be located in or able to work from a Canadian state/province where hirify.global is registered.
Salary: CA$180,000 – CA$260,000 Total OTE (Base + Variable)

What you will do
- Establish and grow the Professional Services function in direct alignment with company goals.
- Build the operational foundation for a scalable, revenue-generating professional services team.
- Lead, coach, and scale the team, establishing clear success metrics.
- Be accountable for the financial P&L for this function, such as revenue targets and gross margin.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Technical Support to ensure improved customer business outcomes and product offerings.
- Partner with customers to highlight success stories by participating in industry events and with strategic partners.
Requirements
- 15+ years of success in B2B SaaS professional services, including 5+ years at a director/senior-manager level.
- Proven experience owning functional metrics (PS revenue, utilization rates, gross margins).
- Ability to lead conversations about MCP, ADKs, APIs, authentication, webhooks, SDKs, data models, and integration patterns with credibility.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Technical Support, and Finance.
- Must be located in or able to work from a Canadian state/province where hirify.global is registered.
- English: B2 required.

Hiring process
