What you will do
- Manage the Display budget to deliver new customer growth and existing customer retention within business KPIs.
- Build and execute a roadmap for maintaining and scaling current activity, and research new developments in performance marketing.
- Optimize in-house media buys regularly to meet agreed monthly targets and manage external agencies for planning, buying, strategy, and measurement.
- Manage and optimize performance campaigns across various platforms and channels (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Criteo, etc.).
- Oversee integration and collaboration with partners, including tracking setup, condition negotiation, launch plans, and tech/creative requirements.
- Work closely with Product, Technical, and Analytics teams to define requirements, product features, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Display and Paid Social Performance Marketing is required.
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized.
- Strong project management, analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Highly experienced with web/app measurement and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively with business leads, external agencies, and creative teams.
- Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
