TL;DR

Head of Digital Marketing (Fintech): Own and drive digital marketing, branding, and communications strategy for a multi-product fintech, with an accent on budget ownership, customer communications, and search & discovery. Focus on shaping strategy in a changing landscape due to LLMs, optimising website conversion, and elevating brand presence.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in London, UK office)

What you will do

  • Own digital marketing, branding, and communications strategy, reporting directly to the CCO.
  • Manage millions annually on digital marketing with autonomy over allocation and investment.
  • Set standards for customer communications across hundreds of touchpoints to maximise value.
  • Work with in-house experts and agencies to improve search rankings across Google, Bing, and LLMs.
  • Partner with design and SEO/AIO teams to optimise website conversion and application volume.
  • Elevate brand presence, including evaluating above-the-line investment and owning social media strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty and passion for digital marketing.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and work ethic.
  • Ability to think from first principles and draw insights from data.
  • Deep domain expertise in at least two of Google Ads, AIO, SEO, Branding, PR, Communications, Social Media Strategies, or Above-the-Line Marketing.
  • Must be able to work 3 days per week from the London office.

Nice to have

  • Ability to write SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools.
