What you will do

• Own and define the long-term vision and strategy for profitable new-to-bank growth in performance marketing, aligned with commercial goals and brand direction.
• Translate growth ambitions into clear channel strategies, investment frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Lifetime Value teams to ensure integrated performance activity and refine measurement and targeting models.
• Act as a senior thought partner across the organization, influencing decisions and contributing to the wider Customer function strategy.
• Define the operating model for performance marketing, lead and develop high-performing in-house talent, and manage agency partners for high-quality delivery.
• Embed a relentless test-and-learn mindset, continuously spotting new opportunities across AI, channels, formats, audiences, and propositions.

Requirements

• Strong track record of scaling customer acquisition through performance marketing, ideally in fintech, digital, subscription, or marketplace businesses.
• Deep experience across major performance channels, with a clear understanding of incrementality and value.
• Experience managing large budgets, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
• Commercially sharp, data-driven, and creatively minded with a bias to action.
• Collaborative and influential leadership style, able to work effectively across disciplines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.
