• Drive the long-term vision and technical strategy for critical areas of the platform.
• Hire, grow, and retain top engineering talent, mentoring emerging leaders.
• Own the delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer experiences.
• Guide system architecture, scalability, and maintainability across product domains.
• Shape organizational structures, career paths, and team processes for high performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers or larger organizations.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and developing engineers and managers.
• Deep experience delivering complex, customer-facing software at scale.
• Strong judgment in balancing product velocity with long-term technical quality.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive both technical and organizational roadmaps.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
