TL;DR

Renewal Manager: Overseeing client renewals, existing license renewals, and identifying growth opportunities to minimize churn and ensure high customer satisfaction. Focus on developing win-win negotiation strategies, accurately forecasting renewals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer requests.

Location: This role can either be fully remote depending on which US state you live in, or based in our New York or Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office, the standard days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $98,700 – $125,300

What you will do

  • Negotiate contract renewals, maximizing value and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Manage the quote-to-close process for all renewals within an assigned territory.
  • Identify customer needs and engage decision-makers to drive on-time renewal closure.
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 150-day forecast, analyzing data for trends.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by partnering with cross-functional groups to ensure customer value realization.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient renewal processes, identifying and resolving inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful renewals experience with quota achievement, preferably in SaaS.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experienced in contract negotiations, value selling, discovery, and closing.
  • Strong analytical mindset for forecasting and identifying trends.
  • Proficiency in quoting, contracting, and subscription management systems.
  • Deep understanding of ARR and renewal concepts.
  • Willingness to learn and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies.
