What you will do

• Drive the engineering strategy for AI solutions.
• Mentor team members and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Architect and implement robust systems in ambiguous problem areas.
• Take ownership of the long-term technical vision, product roadmaps, and technologies.
• Build consensus through discussions with stakeholders, scientists, and engineering peers.
• Make strategic recommendations on system architecture and implementation approaches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale.
