What you will do

• Productize computational workflows into stable plugins, packages, and libraries.
• Build web applications exposing parametric design capabilities.
• Develop APIs for remote/cloud computation connecting backend to web frontends.
• Create interactive 3D models in the browser using WebGL.
• Deploy and fine-tune AI generative models for branded designs.
• Optimize design processes with automation and manage creative asset libraries.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers on human-centric tech solutions.

Requirements

• Hybrid work: Ability to attend office in Novi, Michigan weekly on Wednesdays and travel up to 10%.
• Clean driving record and pass drug screen.
• Unrestricted work authorization in US.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computational Design, or related with software focus.
• 5+ years building reliable applications (JavaScript/TypeScript/Python, fullstack).
• Experience with parametric tools (e.g., Grasshopper/RhinoCommon).
• AI/ML: Training/fine-tuning generative models (Stable Diffusion, LoRA).
• Cloud deployment, CI/CD, tooling mindset.
