Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned briefings, assessing customer needs and objectives.
- Customize briefing agendas and coordinate with internal teams to secure executives, SMEs, and content.
- Lead pre-brief planning calls and provide guidance to discussion leaders.
- Host and facilitate onsite briefings, ensuring an elevated and professional experience.
- Comfortably facilitate executive-level discussions in real time, adapting agendas as needed.
- Capture meeting notes and ensure follow-up actions are established and acted upon.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in executive briefings, executive engagement, sales enablement, or executive-facing marketing roles.
- World-class written communication skills and outstanding executive presence.
- Confidence working with and leading cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Incredible attention to detail and ability to manage multiple briefings and timelines.
- Customer-obsessed, with a passion for creating elevated, personalized experiences.
- Must be based in the SF Bay Area and available to host briefings and work in the Sunnyvale office in person.
