What you will do

• Lead and execute performance marketing campaigns across Paid Social (Meta Ads), Paid Search, and PMax.
• Optimise creative, user journeys, and targeting through structured experiments.
• Plan acquisition initiatives to balance short-term results and long-term growth.
• Ensure comprehensive tracking and accurate reporting of campaign performance.
• Manage and develop a small team, fostering ownership and excellence.
• Set up and optimise workflows using tools like HubSpot and Zapier, leveraging AI and automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience executing and scaling high-performing Performance Marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B or Fintech, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering robust test-and-learn processes, particularly for creative and user journey testing.
• Strong modelling and analysis skills using Excel and other analytics/visualisation tools.
• Strong understanding of attribution, offline conversion tracking, and tagging.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, and basic no-code automation.
• Experience managing at least 1-2 direct reports and external partners.

• Working proficiency with SQL.
