Location: Hybrid in London or Berlin, requiring office attendance twice a week.

What you will do

  • Lead integrated campaign strategy and execution for hirify.global API across multiple channels, managing planning, budgeting, and coordination.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, outcome-driven narratives for technical audiences.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams on go-to-market programs and lead-generation sequences.
  • Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Regional Marketing teams to produce and localize campaign assets.
  • Drive measurable impact on awareness, adoption, and pipeline through KPI tracking, data-driven optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and campaign excellence, sharing learnings to improve performance and scalability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience working with highly technical products (DevTools, Infra, InfoSec, API) and ability to speak the language of developers.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth through integrated campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • AI literacy, including familiarity with GenAI tools for campaign planning and content creation.

Nice to have

  • Preferred experience in AI/ML product marketing or emerging technology categories.
  • Preferred previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies (Series B–IPO stage).
