What you will do

• Develop and deliver multi-channel CRM strategies to meet commercial and customer objectives.
• Execute campaigns through the CRM platform with precision and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Engagement and Commercial teams to ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply test-and-learn methodologies.
• Uphold Risk/Compliance standards by adhering to business processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns, personalised at scale, with a strong preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with AI-based systems to deliver personalised campaigns using "next best action" model, with a strong preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
• Ability to translate CRM briefs into aligned, multi-channel campaigns through cross-functional work.
• Experienced in querying databases to build targeted audiences.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation technologies, including email content writing, SQL, HTML, CSS, and database infrastructures.
• Proven organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
