What you will do
- Own technical leadership across CX AI opportunities in EMEA, partnering with sales to shape deal strategy.
- Run structured discovery workshops to surface business goals, technical constraints, and success metrics.
- Design future-state architectures combining product analytics, marketing insights, and CX data within secure, compliant environments.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing hirify.global’s AI Agents, experimentation, and personalization workflows.
- Map RFP and RFI requirements to platform capabilities, including data governance, residency, and security controls.
- Advise executives on how analytics maturity can drive revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles within B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience selling or implementing CX, CRM, analytics, or AI-driven platforms.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, integrations, and modern data architectures.
- Proven ability to guide complex enterprise evaluations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience addressing security, compliance, and data-privacy requirements in regulated or multi-country environments.
- Track record of running pilots, proofs of concept, and executive-level technical presentations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages a plus.
