Location: Remote within Europe (UK, Netherlands preferred), with up to 25% travel.

What you will do

• Design scalable, highly-available AI platform infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, security).
• Implement enterprise integration patterns and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
• Design and implement multi-agent systems using modern frameworks (hirify.global, LangGraph).
• Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts with A/B testing.
• Lead technical maturity assessments and work with enterprise customers.
• Partner with Engagement Managers and Product/Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technical, hands-on customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• 3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong Kubernetes experience (cluster design, autoscaling, multi-zone).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps.
• 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents.
• Strong experience with LLM frameworks (hirify.global, LangGraph) for agent-based applications.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
