Location: This is one position advertising across the UK, Netherlands & Germany.

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and define solution requirements for EDI.
• Conduct discovery sessions to analyze existing EDI infrastructure and integration challenges.
• Design and present compelling EDI solutions tailored to customer use cases.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, including architecture, integration, security, and compliance.
• Act as a primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams during presales.
• Stay updated with global EDI standards and integration technologies.

Requirements

• 5 - 7+ years of experience in EDI solution design, implementation, or support.
• 5+ years in a presales, sales engineering, or customer-facing consulting role.
• Strong knowledge of EDI formats and standards (X12, EDIFACT).
• Hands-on experience with EDI mapping tools (IBM Sterling, Seeburger, Cleo Integration Cloud, GXS, Boomi).
• Familiarity with iPaas technologies (hirify.global, Boomi, Mulesoft).
• Experience with ERP systems integration (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
