What you will do

• Oversee strategy, architecture, portfolio management, and data governance for internal business applications.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Finance, and Product leadership to optimize customer interaction systems and streamline financial processes.
• Lead strategic planning and resource management for enterprise systems, including lead management, quoting, revenue recognition, and product provisioning.
• Drive best practices in solution implementation, integration, and ongoing support leveraging agile methodologies.
• Champion enterprise-wide Data Governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Establish and lead AI governance frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable responsible and scalable AI adoption.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as CIO or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in developing and managing enterprise systems.
• In-depth knowledge of technology components, products, and software at both infrastructure (On-Premise, Hybrid, Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and functionality (CRM, ERP) levels.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and audit processes.
• Ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams and budget effectively.
• Experience with key technology stacks including NetSuite, Billing Platform, Boomi, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
