What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact for customer accounts, ensuring proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with customers to align product capabilities with their business goals and develop shared success plans.
  • Guide customers in achieving objectives, leveraging product features and providing recommendations.
  • Identify additional use cases, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within customer organizations.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to increase product adoption and utilization.
  • Manage client consumption, renewal processes, and retention, escalating risks for timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Accountability for client consumption, renewal, and retention results.
  • Ability to negotiate and process renewal transactions on time.
  • Experience handling escalations and coordinating across functional areas.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of products and services.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level required).
  • Based in Manila, Philippines, for a hybrid work arrangement.
