What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for customer accounts, ensuring proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with customers to align product capabilities with their business goals and develop shared success plans.
- Guide customers in achieving objectives, leveraging product features and providing recommendations.
- Identify additional use cases, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within customer organizations.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to increase product adoption and utilization.
- Manage client consumption, renewal processes, and retention, escalating risks for timely resolution.
Requirements
- Accountability for client consumption, renewal, and retention results.
- Ability to negotiate and process renewal transactions on time.
- Experience handling escalations and coordinating across functional areas.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of products and services.
- Proficient in English (B2 level required).
- Based in Manila, Philippines, for a hybrid work arrangement.
