What you will do
- Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a team of Account Managers and Business Development Representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Own and exceed net revenue retention, expansion ARR, and gross retention targets for Enterprise, Commercial, and SMB clients.
- Guide the team in robust account planning, driving renewals, and identifying/closing expansion opportunities.
- Provide hands-on support for top accounts, including co-leading C-level negotiations and QBRs/EBRs.
- Drive regional sales strategy with a focus on ANZ and growing presence in other APAC countries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for adoption, upsell, and smooth territory handoffs.
Requirements
- Native equivalent Fluency in English is required.
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS account management experience.
- 2+ years experience managing Account Executive/Account Manager teams with a hands-on leadership style.
- Experience leading account management in global software companies ($100M+ revenue, multiple regions).
- Proven results in long-cycle, enterprise sales (3–9 months), team quota delivery, and C-level engagement.
- Mastery of CRM (Salesforce preferred), territory/account planning, and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, SPICED).
- Flexibility for APAC time zone collaboration and weekly evening calls with global stakeholders is required.
