Location: Los Angeles, United States. Employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
Salary: USD $107,600 – $187,500 per year (up to $205,600 for specific locations).

What you will do
- Sell hirify.global’s media and buy-side technology products, driving outcomes through various transaction types.
- Develop, lead, and execute MSA sales strategy and priorities to enable client growth.
- Influence CMO and Chief Digital Marketing Stakeholders through relationship building and compelling storytelling.
- Lead sales planning with the Account v-team, achieving sales targets and increasing existing budgets.
- Expand the client’s view of the importance of MSA products and manage negotiations effectively.
- Lead pipeline updates, identify roadblocks, and ensure the right resources are engaged to overcome client objections.
- Execute sales against pipeline, new client, and opportunity management goals per the MSA Solution Selling process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field AND 8+ years experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising, OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration in a related field AND 5+ years experience, OR 9+ years experience.
- Experience in online media, digital advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field AND 12+ years experience, OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration in a related field AND 10+ years experience.
- Experience making recommendations to mid- to senior-level executives.
- Experience in programmatic and direct media sales.
