Senior Portfolio Presales Engineer: Leading the functional and technical sales process for hirify.global’s solutions across its portfolio through discovery, requirements gathering, validation, and demonstration with an accent on articulating solution value to both business and technical users. Focus on aligning the portfolio with customer business challenges, managing technical aspects of the sales process, and contributing to successful proof of concepts.

What you will do

  • Deliver demonstrations that align the hirify.global portfolio with the customer’s business challenges.
  • Identify all functional and technical challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements and influence clients on hirify.global’s solution value.
  • Lead all technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Assist with the definition and execution of successful proof of concepts (POC).
  • Promptly respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

Requirements

  • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities.
  • Experience customizing and building the storyboard for demos and POCs.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate from C-level executives down to front-line employees.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Significant travel up to 75% at times.

  • Agentic or Conversational AI experience.
  • Certifications and knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).

  • Vertical market selling experience including Banking, Insurance, Telcos, Healthcare, Travel.
  • Previous Management experience or multi-cultural environment experience.
