What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities and onboarding new clients within the Life Sciences sector.
- Develop and implement robust strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate on sales planning and forecasting.
- Build trusted relationships with senior budget holders and C-suite stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional commercial teams.
- Represent hirify.global at industry events to build a reputation as a thought leader in AI-driven transformation.
Requirements
- Managed senior, complex stakeholder relationships in the Life Sciences industry, with consulting experience preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale AI/digital transformation projects.
- Possess a strong business development mindset with experience in sales methodologies and end-to-end deal process management.
- Be a practical problem solver with forensic skills to scope problems and identify client needs.
- A compelling communicator, comfortable translating data-oriented concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in team mentorship and coaching.
