What you will do
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customers, industry, and hirify.global’s solution offering.
- Effectively manage campaigns and reach out to new prospects through lead generation activities.
- Conduct strategic research on LinkedIn and other tools for outbound prospecting, calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executives and hand off qualified prospects.
- Meet or exceed opportunity and pipeline targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and key executives across various industries and verticals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience is preferred, with previous SDR/BDR experience or a quota-carrying/performance-oriented role, or outbound customer prospecting.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to proactively qualify customer needs and understand the business opportunity.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a willingness to travel (up to 10%) and an interest in technology.
