What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle to acquire new Italian customers, from prospecting to closing.
- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by targeting high-potential accounts.
- Execute consultative discovery to understand prospects’ challenges and position hirify.global’s value proposition.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success for seamless onboarding.
- Consistently meet or exceed new logo acquisition targets in Italy and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS new business sales with a proven track record of exceeding acquisition targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong consultative selling skills to uncover pain points and tailor solutions.
- Experience in building and managing pipelines with tools like HubSpot or Apollo.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, and motivated by breaking into new accounts.
- Ability to partner with Marketing to maximize lead generation.
- Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English required.
