What you will do

  • Proactively research and engage high-potential partners aligning with company mission and market strategy.
  • Drive partner acquisition, from first contact and discovery to relationship-building and value design.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to co-create joint value propositions and commercial models.
  • Scale the partner network across strategic verticals and geographies, focusing on ecosystem growth.
  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, and iterate on success metrics for new and existing partnerships.
  • Empower partners with tools, knowledge, and assets to confidently represent hirify.global.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience building or managing partnerships in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to turn cold outreach into high-impact partnerships with a strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excited by joining a fast-moving, high-energy startup.
  • Must be based in Milan, Italy.
