What you will do

  • Proactively research and engage high-potential partners aligning with hirify.global's mission and market strategy.
  • Lead partner acquisition from initial contact, discovery, and relationship-building to value design.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create joint value propositions and commercial models.
  • Scale hirify.global's partner network across strategic verticals and geographies, focusing on ecosystem growth.
  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, and continuously optimize performance for new and existing partnerships.
  • Empower partners with the necessary tools, knowledge, and assets to effectively represent hirify.global.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience building or managing partnerships in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven track record as a natural networker and strategic thinker with a passion for high-impact partnerships.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Known for proactive hustle, emotional intelligence, and ability to close deals.
