Account Executive (SaaS): Driving pipeline, closing deals, and managing sales processes for a SaaS platform in the UK Mid-Market segment with an accent on extreme ownership of territory, achieving KPIs, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on proactively becoming an industry expert, building business cases adapted to prospects, and supporting product management.

Location: Hybrid, based in London, UK. Requires regular attendance at onsite prospect meetings and monthly office days in London. Annual visits to Porto, Portugal for onboarding and team events.

Salary: £65,000–£80,000

What you will do

  • Own territory, create account plans, and drive pipeline in collaboration with BDRs.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage the sales process through to closure.
  • Proactively drive upsell and expansion with existing customers.
  • Regularly attend onsite prospect meetings and industry events.
  • Manage CRM forecasting and pipeline.
  • Engage with multi-level stakeholders and support the global Product Management team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consistent achievement across both Market Development and SMB/MM Account Executive roles.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS sales environment is essential.
  • Experience selling software within the Property, Building, or Facilities Management sector.
  • Proven experience with a sales methodology to demonstrate and quantify value.
  • Ability to build business cases adapted to each prospect’s scenario.
  • Highly disciplined with sales process, time management, qualification rigor, and CRM management.
