TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (Fintech): Finding and closing new business deals and expanding existing customers across the UK&I via own efforts and supported by marketing, partnerships, sales development, and solutions engineering teams with an accent on engaging with economic buyers within merchant accounts to identify and secure a role as payment provider. Focus on building business cases and securing commercial arrangements.

Location: Hybrid, with in-office days determined by your team.

Salary: £64,800 - £97,200

What you will do

  • Pitch hirify.global as a payment provider to Mid-Market ($100m-$1B turnover) accounts using a data-driven approach.
  • Close multi-territory, multi-year deals with fast-growing companies.
  • Identify high-fit accounts within your territory/book of business.
  • Develop account plans, working with stakeholders in marketing and building your network within those accounts.
  • Sell the value of the global payments platform and develop opportunities through negotiation to contract closure.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of achieving quota.
  • Experience selling to CxO (CFO/ CTO ideally) and other stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the MEDDIC/ MEDDPICC Sales methodologies (or similar) and experience in applying them.
  • Structured sales approach and experience of using salesforce.
  • Prior experience of selling complex SaaS products and services.
  • High activity: ability to cover a large territory effectively and build a dynamic pipeline.
  • A consultative style and the ability to become a trusted advisor.

  • Selling APIs experience.
