What you will do
- Own the sales process for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, collaborating with internal teams and partners.
- Create and execute territory account plans to consistently achieve quarterly goals and activity metrics.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to understand their strategy and align product suite offerings.
- Generate pipeline and drive an efficient sales process to exceed quarterly revenue goals.
- Act as a Dialpad expert, trusted advisor, and advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably with Mid-Market experience.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with account management background.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience with solution selling techniques (e.g., SPICED, MEDDICC).
- Required SaaS sales background, with bonus for UCaaS/CCaaS.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations or events as needed.
